THE SCHOOL RULES
Enrolment to The Study implies that the pupil and his/her parents accept the ethos and standards of the school and share willingness and determination to maintain them. Mutual support is essential between the school and the home of the pupil.
Punctuality and regularity in attendance must be observed on all occasions.
Attendance at the morning assembly is compulsory. Disciplinary action will be taken against defaulters.
A student coming late to school will not be admitted to class, unless s/he brings a written request/explanation from home on the Late Attendance Record page of the diary.
Students unable to rejoin classes after the holidays should take permission of the Principal in advance. Defaulters in this regard may find their names struck off the rolls.
If there is an unexpected holiday(s) during a working week; that particular day/s schedule will be postponed to a later date, information of which will be given on the following working day.
Pupils are strictly forbidden to leave school premises during school hours.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of home work, disobedience, disrespect to members of the school staff or bad moral influence will justify dismissal of a student.
Any damage done to the school property will have to be made good by the student concerned.,
Students will not litter the campus.
A student entering the school/office campus for whatsoever reason must be in neatly laundered school uniform and polished shoes.
A student whose uniform is untidy or improper will not be allowed in the school. Any change in colour, cloth or design other than that specified by the school, will not be permitted. No compromise will be made on this ground. The school office may be consulted regarding the specifications of the school uniform.
Students who are improperly or shabbily dressed will be sent home.
The monitor of the class will assume responsibility for order and discipline of the students during the absence of the teacher.
Silence should be maintained while classes are in progress.
Possession of objectionable literature of articles is punishable.
Students are not allowed to bring any valuables to the school. The school will not be responsible for any loss.
Students are expected to take part in the co-curricular activities such as dramatics, excursions, games & sports, debates etc. This is a part of the school curriculum and non-participation can adversely effect their overall assessment.
The students are expected to speak in English all the time.
Refinement in behavior should distinguish every pupil of this school.
Every pupil is expected to uphold the name and honour of the school everywhere.
Non conformity with school rules will tantamount to disciplinary action, even amounting to rustication in case of any major misconduct or misbehavior.
Mobile phones are not permitted in the school.
